Erin Shepard

As a clinical therapist I have had the opportunity to work with individuals, families, and children in a variety of settings. Being a part of another’s journey of healing and change is something I find a privilege as well as a great responsibility. I strive to create a safe environment in therapy by facilitating open communication, fostering self-exploration and promoting personal growth. I typically practice under a cognitive-behavioral umbrella and am complex-trauma and EMDR trained. I am an active professional member of Postpartum Support International and carry certification as a Perinatal Mental Health Certified Clinician.

Jessica Meyers

Hi, I’m Jessica, and I’m glad you’re here.

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, breathe, and feel genuinely heard. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way of peace and build tools that help you move forward with confidence and self-compassion.

Clients I work with often want to understand their emotions, learn to set boundaries, and heal from past experiences that still feel heavy. I’m trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an approach that helps process trauma and difficult memories in a gentle, effective way. Whether you’re navigating motherhood, stress, grief, or major life transitions, my role is to walk beside you as you uncover your own strength and clarity.

It’s truly an honor to witness people find hope and healing along their journey.

If you’re wondering whether we might be a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute consultation—a simple, no-pressure way to ask questions and get a feel for what working together could look like. I look forward to meeting you!

Mereesa Bangerter

I am so excited to be a part of Yarrow Therapy. Since finishing my MSW in 2018, I’ve been a therapist at what my husband jokingly calls the two hardest workplaces in the world: a jail and a middle school. In reality, I loved both jobs and have learned that there is great joy in helping people navigate difficult times of life. As a therapist, I aim to be warm, optimistic, and non-judgmental. I most often use cognitive behavioral therapies in treatment (including ACT and DBT), as well as motivational interviewing and mindfulness. My goal in therapy is for clients to leave feeling hope & confidence in their ability to meet the demands of life and motherhood. When I’m not working my favorite things to do are hang out with my kids, start home improvement projects, and cheer on favorite sports teams with my husband.
